Resonant mezzosoprano of Czech opera singer Edita Adlerová is the embellishment of CMMB. Crossover between world music and jazz – that’s how you could describe the unique project Životaběh (Lifeflow). The author of the music and arrangements is the composer Dalibor Bárta, music pedagogue, conductor, clarinet and saxophone player of the musical orchestra of the Theater of J.K. Tyl in Pilsen. Author of the lyrics is Václav Bárta and the voice of the actor and voice actor Martin Stránský guides through the story. This project loosely follows the older programme Paměti vrby (Willow’s memoires).
Instruments: CMMB (2x violin, viola, double bass, accordion, cimbalom), guitar, bass guitar, drums, flute, clarinet, saxophone, 2x vocals.
